Return, Exchange and Refund Policies

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, we do allow returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits for most purchases.

Changed Your Mind or Wrong Item:

Return Policy

Discontinued items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.

 

We accept returns and offer exchanges or credit for other products with the following conditions:​

  • The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The return must be in new condition and inside the original box with the original packaging.

  • You must pay the return shipping charges, unless it is a faulty item, the wrong item, or you receive an exception from our customer service.

There may be a 10% restocking fee. We will notify you of whether your return will incur this fee when we reply to your email requesting the return.

We will process your return within 2 days of our receiving the item. We will notify you by email when the return process is completed.

 

Refunds may take 2-4 days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Return Process

Your first step is to email our customer service at info@arcena.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and let us know the reason for the return and whether you want a credit, exchange, or refund.

 

After receiving this number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form we provided. We may send you a prepaid shipping label. If you use the prepaid shipping label and the item was the correct one, $13 will be deducted from your credit/refund to cover the shipping charges.

 

If you do not use the prepaid shipping label, mail your return with an address label that includes the following:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Defective or Broken Item:

Within 30 Days

If an item arrives broken or becomes defective within 30 days of the purchase date, contact our customer service to arrange a credit, exchange, or refund.

If the item is to be returned, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Follow the shipping instructions above. You will not be charged a restocking or return shipping fee, or another shipping fee for your replacement item.

After 30 Days

We do not accept returns for any reason after 30 days of the purchase date.

If an item you purchased becomes defective after 30 days, you may contact the manufacturer for information on their warranty. 

​

We will provide you a copy of your proof of purchase if you need it to make a claim to the manufacturer.
